All standard domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods. Once your order has been packed and completed in store you will receive an email from us to confirm successful dispatch (subject to payment confirmation and stock availability). Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day where possible.
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the UK. Sorry for any inconvenience.
online RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if for any reason you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund you can do providing it is unworn/unused with tags/packaging intact. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of customer receipt.

We recommend you return your parcel by insured registered delivery. We regret that postage costs will only be reimbursed in the rare and unfortunate event that an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of underwear briefs, pierced jewellery or opened beauty products. Fragrance, candles and other wellbeing products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
